We offer training courses, as well as accredited Levels 1, 2 and 3 courses to individuals and companies.
As the successful candidate, you will be joining a small, dynamic team where adaptability, resilience and clear communication are essential. You will have the opportunity to grow professionally while supporting the delivery of our courses, as well as our students on their learning journey. Knowledge of virtual learning environments (VLE) would be beneficial but not essential.

Your duties as a Technical Support Officer will be:
Promptly addressing student software/hardware support queries and providing efficient resolutions both on the phone and via e-conferencing.
Assisting with in-house IT support requirements and maintaining office IT infrastructure.
Collaborating closely with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our IT systems.
Offering exceptional customer service and technical assistance.
Helping to produce technical documentation, including help guides and tutorial
Skills Required:
Detail-oriented and able to multitask
Enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; with the ability to communicate with all levels of the team
Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality
A team player
Prior experience in a customer technical support environment including telephone support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Linux packages.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and adeptness to help with fault diagnosis.
Familiarity with any VLE would be ideal (the company uses Moodle as its VLE)
Strong preference for candidates to work from home (remote) but willing to participate in face-to-face activities in your local area as and when needed.
Job Type: Part-time, Volunteer/Intern. Any agreed expenses will be covered by the company.
Schedule: Weekdays only, up to 15 hours a week depending on current tasks/projects. No weekend work unless a company activity requires a weekend attendance.

Volunteer Technical Support Officer
We are seeking a highly motivated, self starting Volunteer Social Media Marketer, who will assist with our social strategy for marketing and promoting our courses.

We are committed to ensuring anyone interested in topics such as cyber security and media studies can gain that understanding in line with their schedule and at an affordable price. We offer training courses, as well as accredited Levels 1, 2 and 3 courses to individuals and companies.
This position of Social Media Marketer is available as a voluntary position within the company. You will work closely with the company directors to assist with developing and implementing social plans, including local advertising, promotions, and social media for our courses and bespoke services. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in successfully implementing social media campaigns across relevant social media platforms and stay ahead of the curve on new social media trends.
Responsibilities
Research and identify various social opportunities that would lead to attendee growth on our courses.
Create and publish high quality digital content across multiple channels: YouTube, company websites, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, blogs, Snapchat, Mailchimp, and occasionally for print production (brochure, signage, etc.)
Plan and execute all web marketing, email campaigns, social media, print marketing, and ad buying campaigns
Design, build, and maintain social media presence; focus on social media strategy that converts to sales.
Track and report on key campaign metrics as required
Collaborate with the directors to evaluate and analyse the results of each campaign and program and make improvements, delivering campaigns on time, on budget, and on target.
